The Foundations of Upper Body offers in-depth instruction to help you begin or advance in your upper body exercise endeavors.

Your Instructor

Kevin is the Founder of Core Coaching Academy. He brings over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. A resident of the Pacific Northwest, he works as a full-time massage therapist, personal trainer, and health and wellness coach. He has extensive training in functional movement, self-care and mobility, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning programs. His passion is helping you live an active, healthy, and pain-free lifestyle!
